Symptoms
Follow these steps if:
- The power switch does not respond.

Troubleshooting Steps
- Connect the headphones to a wall charger instead of a computer’s USB port.
- Allow them to charge for at least 30 minutes.
- Disconnect the charger and try turning the headphones on.
- If they still do not start, move the power switch to OFF.
- Press and hold the volume knob while sliding the power switch from OFF to ON.
- If the issue continues, allow the battery to discharge completely.
- Recharge the headphones fully and test them again.
- With the headphones powered off, connect them using the AUX cable and test audio playback.
Understanding the AUX Test
- If audio works through the AUX cable while the headphones are off, the headphone drivers and wired audio connection are functioning.
- If the headphones play through AUX but still do not power on, contact Heavys Support for further assistance.
