Once your order ships, Heavys will send you an email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A link to the courier’s tracking page
Use the tracking link to follow your package’s progress.
Haven’t Received Tracking Information?
- Check your inbox, spam, and junk folders.
- Confirm that you are checking the email address used at checkout.
- Allow up to two business days for order processing.
If you still haven’t received tracking information after two business days, submit a support ticket and include your order number so we can assist you.
