The following costs are non-refundable:
- Original shipping charges
- Applicable order fees
- Onward Shipping Protection purchases
- Taxes and duties collected at checkout
A $20 return fee is deducted from your refund. This covers the return shipping label, restocking, and other return-related fees.
The amount returned to your original payment method may therefore be lower than the original amount paid.
