You can request a cancellation before your order ships. Cancellation depends on fulfillment status and cannot be guaranteed.
How to Request a Cancellation
Open your order confirmation email and click View your order to reopen your Order Status Page. Check whether a cancellation option is available.
If you cannot cancel there, submit a support ticket as soon as possible and include:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- Your request to cancel
Your order is not canceled until you receive confirmation.
