Eligible products purchased directly from the Heavys website may be returned within 14 days of delivery, including eligible international orders.
The standard return requirements apply:
- The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- The product must be new and unused.
- All original packaging must be included.
- All supplied accessories must be returned.
International customers may be responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Customs-related charges
- Other applicable return fees
Original shipping charges, applicable fees, taxes, and duties collected at checkout are non-refundable.
