How Do I Use the EQ in the HEAVYS App?

The HEAVYS App includes custom equalizer controls for compatible Heavys headphones and earbuds.

How to Access the EQ

1. Connect your Heavys headphones or earbuds to your phone through Bluetooth.
2. Open the HEAVYS App and confirm that your device appears as connected.
3. Open your preferred music or audio app.
4. Start playing audio.
5. Return to the HEAVYS App.
6. Open the EQ controls and adjust the available frequency settings.

Important: The EQ is visible only while audio is actively playing.

If the EQ Does Not Appear

1. Confirm that your Heavys device is connected to the app.
2. Make sure audio is actively playing.
3. Update the HEAVYS App to the latest available version.
4. Close and reopen the app.
5. Reconnect your headphones or earbuds and try again.
