Do I Need the HEAVYS App to Use Beacon?

We recommend using the latest version of the HEAVYS App before setting up Beacon.

Use the app to make sure your H1H headphones or H1E earbuds have the latest available firmware. Current firmware can provide important connectivity, stability, and compatibility improvements.

Before Using Beacon

1. Update the HEAVYS App.
2. Connect your H1H or H1E to the app.
3. Install any available firmware updates.
4. Complete the update before connecting through Beacon.
